3️⃣ Account Registration & Verification

🔹 After purchasing any package, you must send the payment receipt/screenshot to Official WhatsApp Support for verification.
🔹 Once verified, you receive a UID & Dashboard showing:

• Withdrawals 🏦
• Activation Time ⏳

🚫 Multiple accounts or fake IDs → Immediate ban.

4️⃣ Investment Levels

📊 Choose from 10 levels (PKR 1,250 – PKR 100,000).
Each level includes:

5️⃣ Daily Assignments

📝 Tasks are provided daily according to your level.
✅ Must be submitted to WhatsApp Support between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
❌ Assignments submitted after 8:00 PM → Rejected, no bonus.

🔥 Streak Reward has been removed.

6️⃣ Referral Program

👥 Earn commissions:

• Direct Referral → 8%

❌ Indirect & Extended Referral → Removed

⚠️ Rule: When you make a Direct Referral, you must send their Payment Receipt + Name to WhatsApp Support. Only then will your commission be approved ✅

7️⃣ Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

💳 Deposit → Open anytime (24/7)
🏦 Withdrawal → Only available 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
⚠️ Minimum withdrawal: PKR 50
⚠️ Processing Fee: 0%
⏳ Processed within 24 hours (may delay due to system/payment issues)

Note: Users are encouraged to plan withdrawals carefully, as requests outside of timing windows will not be processed.

8️⃣ User Responsibilities

🔒 Keep your login details safe.

All participants are expected to act responsibly, ensuring fairness and honesty in all interactions.

9️⃣ Monitoring & Security

📲 We monitor account activity using:

• Device Tracking
• IP/Network Monitoring
• Login Analysis

Suspicious activity → Account suspension/review.

🔟 Payment Verification Rules

📌 After package activation → Send payment receipt to WhatsApp Support for confirmation.
📌 After adding a referral → Send their payment receipt + name to WhatsApp Support to receive commission.

Participants acknowledge that all decisions are financially and legally their own responsibility.

🔐 Personal data (name, UID, payment receipts, assignments) is collected only for operational use.
❌ Data is never sold or misused.
📩 Communication via WhatsApp, Email, or Dashboard is allowed.

1️⃣4️⃣ Termination

🚫 Account may be suspended/terminated if:

• Terms are violated
• Fake referrals or multiple accounts are used
• Fraudulent activity is detected

Pending earnings may be forfeited.

1️⃣5️⃣ Disputes

💬 First report to WhatsApp Support.
⚖️ If unresolved → Arbitration under applicable laws.
✅ Company’s decision is final & binding.

We encourage users to resolve issues respectfully and maintain open communication with the support team.

1️⃣6️⃣ Market Profit Policy & Sunday Withdrawals

📌 As all users are aware, Nalyn Capital invests deposited funds in market opportunities. Market conditions fluctuate – sometimes yielding profit, sometimes not.

💡 Important Notes:

• On days when market profit is not realized or if there is a market holiday, withdrawals for that day will not be processed.
• This is because we can only provide withdrawals based on actual market profits. If we provide profit for such days, it may be considered interest (Suod), which we avoid.
• Users should not worry if 1–2 days’ withdrawals are missed due to market conditions. Completing the full 30-day cycle ensures you receive full promised profit.
• Sundays: Market is closed. Withdrawals will not be processed on Sundays, as the team uses this day for internal improvements and meetings. Deposits remain open 24/7.

⚠️ Note: Profit is not fixed. We invest in real businesses (clothing, household goods, digital products, etc.), so daily profit may vary. Fixed profit is considered sūd (interest), which we strictly avoid. ✅
